I drove by this morning and was blown away by the charactor of the home in conjunction with it's location within Valencia. I believe it is the only home in the entire community with lots of space in front and in back, and on both sides (2 one story homes on the sides as well as an easement in addition to a lake in front and a park behind it)! Definitely worth the money for such a beautifully designed home without any compromises in location. Wow!
